MikeHS: An amalgamation of my given, middle and surname. I'm in my middle 60's and have been using personal computers since the mid-1970's. Yep, the venerable IBM PC with no hard drive, 5 1/4 floppies, green & black monitor screen. Now running 4: one 7 year old desktop (windows XP) and three laptops: a 5 year old custom build PC (Windows XP), a recent Toshiba Satellite L305 (Windows 7) and a brand new HP Pavilion dv6 (Windows 7) that replaced a recalled brand new HP Pavilion dv5. All are on a wireless home LAN connected to the internet via a cable modem. Looking forward to learning a lot.
