Hello, My computer keeps turning off and i keep getting an error message saying usb device not recognized in any of the ports i plug my mouse into because I hate using the mousepad on my laptop which is where this is occuring. my computer started acting weird after I uninstalled frostwire cause I noticed that my laptop was running slower.

Nope but I was having problem where it would say that the usb couldnt find or work but now its not doing that anymore and I have use of my mouse again. The problem I had last night was that certain letters on my keyboard werent working unless I used them as a Capital letter. My keyboard is now back to normal.

Did you do the other things on list? I have not use startup inspector before. You could try using MSConfig as mentioned on the list.

Have you tried using revo uninstaller? It completely removes programs.

I don't know why this is in External Hardware...when there are no apparent hardware issues.

What version of Windows are you using?

<<My computer keeps turning off and i keep getting an error message saying usb device not recognized in any of the ports...>>

Your system does not turn off? You have no USB problems?

As for receiving help...a clear statement regarding problems helps to get posts in the appropriate forum, in front of the proper eyes. From what I see posted, you think you have a problem removing a set of files. Is that correct?

Louis

When I first posted this yes i did have issues with the usb but it is not doing that now. I am using windows vista internet explorer 7 I believe. Yes I am now having a problem with this program...doesnt matter how many times I delete it permanently it still comes back when I try to download a torrent. I have uninstalled frostwire and have also uninstalled utorrent..thinking that the two collided or something but now im not sure so I am going to try and use this revo uninstaller.. I have never heard of it. And as for my first post the help I recieved was I was sent to a site with links and when I downloaded one of the things I was suppose to it didtn tell me how to use it so I posted that as my next thing and the person helping said theyve never used that so what I dont get was then y did then send me to that site to download it if they couldnt help me with it??
