When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

This computer symptums are FREEZING in the middle of regular usage. The computer will freeze, no erros message, no mouse movement, no keyboard stroke, no cntl-alt-del. I have been doing a hard reboot.

At startup system says : missing AMDDLL.DLL file

System : Dell hardware : Window XP Professional Ver 2002 SP 3 and running Microsoft Ultimate Office 2007.

What I have done so far :

Malware Bytes scan
AntiVirus Scan
System Hardware Diagnostic Check F 4 at boot
System restore to an earlier date
Ran CCleaner

Ran hijackthislog (have available) have log didn't post per forum message.

Updated Microsoft updates

Defragmented Disk

Thoughts ?

Thank you
