Signature failure

When i start my thinkpad lenovo SL 500 i gt there has been a signature failure and windows won't start..help

Sorry...but since it's a Lenovo system, seems to me that Lenovo support would be the best source for input on what it is and how to handle it when it occurs on their systems.
