win32.cybot.b / internet proxy resetting

It happen earlier today I was booting up my computer and my window defender kept giving me messages about win32.cybotb. I tried to remove it with Malwarebytes, it detected some files and I removed them but every time I reboot it reappears. It seems to be csrss.exe but I'm not exactly sure what it is and what to do about it.

I got the same thing today and it changed my internet connection to some proxy connection. Microsoft Security Essentials v2 caught it and removed it.
