Connect Liquid cooling system

for a liquid cooling heat sync for a CPU like corsair H50 which gets connected to the CPU fan plug on the motherboard the fluid pump or the fan?
CPU = Intel i7 950
Motherboard = Asus P6X58D
RAM = Corsair XMS3 DDR3 3X 2GB
Power Supply = Corsair TX750W
Graphics Card = ATI HD 5870

Radiator fan to the CPU fan header, pump to either a case fan header (12V constant), or use a molex 4 pin adapter and hook the pump directly to the harness.

The pump thingy goes on the CPU, the radiator and fan are mounted somewhere on the case.
