Thanks All -
I am printing this response to take with me when I go back there to review/remove the processes discussed -
The only thing I found odd was that either of you did not go back to my first idea of using Systernals Autoruns -
Have any of you had ?? not good experiences with it (as my usage has only been good), or you just prefer the other methods to be used first -

Not to worry, as I will try all of them in turn, until this thing is removed -

Again Thanks for All your input -
XP SP3 Pro Desktop - Windows 7 SP1 Home Premium Toshiba Laptop - Malwarebytes - SUPERAntiSpyware - Microsoft Security Essentials -
HiJack This - SpeedFan - Cannon Printer - ATF Cleaner - TFC Cleaner - ORCA and Internet Explorer Browsers -
Secunia PSI - And I Use GOOGLE -

Systernals is a very good program. Highly recommended here and elsewhere.

Guess there is just more then one way to do some things and everyone has a preference on how they do it.

Let us know how things turn out.
