When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

I'm running windows vista and I recently had the Backdoor.Tidserv virus and got norton and the norton removal tool for it. I also got malware bytes and found some malware and had it removed. After I ran the tidserv removal tool it was found and supposedly deleted but it's been about a week now and the Tidserv is coming up on norton as well as 12-13 cookies every time I scan. So i've tried everything malware bytes scans and finds nothing and the tidserv removal tool scans and finds nothing..I recently downloaded stopzilla and had it scan for free and it's finding 14 cookies and 2 search hijackers. Over the past few days (about 4-5) I have been experiencing similar symptoms of the tidserv which will redirect links on a google page except this is in pop up form. when I click certain links a pop up comes on my screen redirecting to results.google-analytics.com help!

Malware topic here: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic374315.html

Now that your log is properly posted, you should NOT make further changes to your computer (install/uninstall programs, use special fix tools, delete files, edit the registry, etc) unless advised by a Malware Removal Team member, nor should you continue to ask for help elsewhere. Doing so can result in system changes which may not show it the log you already posted. Further, any modifications you make on your own may cause confusion for the helper assisting you and could complicate the malware removal process which would extend the time it takes to clean your computer.

From this point on the Malware Removal Team should be the only members that you take advice from, until they have verified your log as clean.

Please be patient. It may take a while to get a response because the Malware Removal Team members are very busy working logs posted before yours. They are volunteers who will help you out as soon as possible. Once you have made your post and are waiting, please DO NOT make another reply until it has been responded to by a member of the Malware Removal Team. Generally the staff checks the forum for postings that have 0 replies as this makes it easier for them to identify those who have not been helped. If you post another response there will be 1 reply. A team member, looking for a new log to work may assume another MR Team member is already assisting you and not open the thread to respond.

To avoid confusion, I am closing this topic.
The power of accurate observation is commonly called cynicism by those who haven't got it.
