No Connections Available?

My Dell laptop (Windows 7) was able to connect to the internet until it had a problem and needed to repair itself yesterday. Now it says there are "No Connections Available" and if I try to add a connection it says "Windows did not detect any networking hardware."

Is there anything I could try to get it working again?

Tried system restore?

Any errors in Device Manager?
