I am planning to remove Visual C++ 2005 and 2008, because I have 2010. Should I do so, or other software are dependent on 2005 and 2008, even if I have 2010? Can I remove 2010 if nothing requires it?

I am also planning to remove SQL Server 2005 (with Native Client, Setup Support Files and VSS Writer). I do not have any variants of SQL Server exception of 2005. Does any software depend on SQL Server 2005?

Remove them, and see if you have any issues with any of your software.

My work schedule is as follows: Mon and Tues 1800 to 0600, Friday - Sunday 1800EST to 0600, and Wednesday to Thursday 1800est to 0600. So if I do not respond right away I am at work.
