Help
forgive me im new i am running vista sp2 on a dell laptop new years i got the redirect virus i removed it using gooredfix ccleaner etc all was fine then a week later i have it again only this time i have other problems too...taskbar at the bottom turns white for a few seconds then back to normal occasional redirects with searches pop ups taking me to who knows where (i usually x out before the load) windows message "host process for windows services stopped working and was closed" which if i quit ie or mozilla i cant get back in without restart...i am using vipre antivirus (subscription) its up to date firewall in place with windows i am using a home network dsl connection....help me please

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.
Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.
If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.

sorry im not sure how to close this post i ended up just wiping my hard drive on all computers resetting my router etc that way i kno for sure its off and out but thanx for the reply none the less
