Windows Mail asking for Log in

Does anyone else have this? I have been using Windows Mail in Vista for years. Then all of a sudden, as soon as Windows Mail is opened, a pop up comes up asking me to log in with my username and password.

I spoke to Sky Broadband initially, and they went through the account in Mail and checked settings which were all ok.

I looked at Google and a lot of people are experiencing the same thing, but I havent found a solution.

Has anyone found a solution?
