when i try to get on the internet it says that explorer can not be displayed. then when i select diagnose it comes up with a problem found " the remote device or resource won't accept the connection" i tried to do this with wireless and hooked up with ethernet on 3 different networks. what can i do?

Try this:
Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Connections > Click on LAN > Uncheck the Proxy Server Settings > Make Sure that the Auto Detect is checked > OK.
Restart your browser and try again.
