[size=5][size=7][font=Arial Black][b] I dont know what's wrong with my computer and i need some help... i was in a chat and i was sent here to post a question... every time i open certain web sites, including my email, i can't view it because a box comes up that says Iexplore has and error that occured with Videoc.dll, and i dont know what to do. im not able to check my email or anything hardly.... i was asked if i have anti virus protection, and through my sbcyahoo dsl, i downloaded a pop up blocker and anti spy, someone told me that i should delete the anti spy so i did and downloaded adaware.... please respond asap if you can help! thank you! w00t.gif

You need to post a HighJackThis log. Once you have posted the log a HJT Team member will walk you throught the steps to remove any malware you may have.
Start here.. Preparation Guide for use before posting a HijackThis Log.
When you post your log do not reply to it. If the HJT Team see a reply they may assume you are being helped. Be patient. The HJT Team are professionals that donate thier time to help.
Do not try to modify the HJT log yourself. You can damage your operating system so that it cannot be repaired.
