Hi, I was wondering if I could purchase a USB TV Tuner for my Acer Aspire One. I don't know too much about TV Tuners and was wondering if someone could steer me in the right direction.

Would something like this work properly? http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16815260023&cm_re=TV_Tuner_USB-_-15-260-023-_-Product

Would this let me connect my netbook to my Satellite? My Satellite does not have DVI or anything, just coaxial cable.

It surely will work, but the best way to connect it is to install a splitter BEFORE satellite box.
RF connection on your satellite box won't work, because it's set to only one channel (3 or 4).
Be aware, that you'll get only those channels, which don't require decoding (unscrambled).
