When i use google and i found what i am looking for i click on it and it takes me to a different site than i want. This pops up first

there are may sites but thats a few of them. I already ran malwarebytes, combofix, and spybot search and destroy. but it still is taking me to the websites. I have to right click and open a new tab to get to where i wanna go. Im not sure what to do now.
