Router or ISp Problem?

Hai lately i habe been laggin a lot in games but internet works fine but whenever i use pingplotter to test my ping to some sites..it says unreacheable..i have attached..the pictures below...i am using same internet for my laptop and it works dine there but not in my main computer.Is there something wrong wid my main comp ? plz healp = thnks
