can't view my iview notebook screen

i have an iview notebook and the problem is that i turn it on than about 2 minutes later the screen go's black. i tried to take the battery out and turn it on and the same thing happens. please help me if you can

System manufacturer and model?

Have you checked the manufacturer's support webpage?

Honestly...if it's new and not working properly...it's time to explore the warranty, IMO.
