My Samsung Netbook is not reading the Local Disk Drive (D: ) right. I was using it to hold my gaming videos then this afternoon i turn it on and the netbook started to recognize the drive as a CD Drive. And it being a Netbook there is no cd drive. So what exactly happened here.

So, what kind of drive is it? What is it usually labeled as?

Without knowing the exact Samsung model to look up it is hard to say.

But since it is a netbook I will assume there is only one physical hard drive partitioned into two parts. The second, D: is probably the restore partition.
