When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

Hello.
Ok since a few days ago, whenever I search something on Google and I click on the link, it takes me to another website. I searched for this online ALOT and it says that it is Google redirect. I have downloaded so many programmes which try to remove it but none of them work.
I used the following programmes:
* SuperAntiSpyware + SuperAntiSpyware Pro
* HitMan Pro 3.5
* Malware Bytes - Anti Malware
* Dr Web
* Dr Spyware - (I think that's what it was called)

Currently my antivirus programme is McAfee but that doesnt detect anything!

I read online also to install a programme called TdssKiller but it doesn't let me install it on my laptop.

I think I have another virus too but don't know if it is part of Google Redirect. At random times, random music plays on my laptop, I hear someone talking and then it stops. I am getting freaked out by this and I really need help!
I am not a computer expert or anything so I don't know what else to do now!

Please help me! :'(

Hello,

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
