Have you tried replacing the batteries? Reinstalling the keyboard drivers (if there are any)? Testing the keyboard with a different computer or testing a different keyboard with the same computer?

What about the batteries?

In the meantime... since it looks like it returns after "t" and types a "3" after every "r", maybe replace those with "+"/"7" and "®" or something :P

Sorry I have not replied in a while and it is so weird my keyboard is back to normal... Microsoft just isn't good for hardware... heh at least it fixed its self though
