The spyware program says "Error code 5". I cannot get the program to work. It says it was turned off before and when I try to turn it on, it comes up with the code. I do have Antiviruw 2010 and am trying to get rid of it. The "Scan Now" is off and so is the "Intelliguard". I have tried downloading the program 3 different times. All with the same affect. Can aynbody help with this code??

What program are you referring to?
You want to use MalwareBytes Antimalware
Please follow the removal instructions from BC
