BleepingComputer.com: computer illiterate

I graduated from high school in 1987. When I was in the 10th grade, I took 1 semester of computer programming..........on an old apple............you know, the ones with the green letters on a dark screen..........information that was obsolete before I even graduated!! That, my friends, is the extent of my knowledge. I have spent the last 20+ years raising kids and working in a completely non-computer related field. What skills I do have, I figured out thru trial and error (some with disasterous results ) so I spend a lot of my available computer time frustrated to the point of (just about) tears. My youngest is 11 and I am scrambling to keep up with his knowledge so please be patient if I ask stupid questions . Thx in advance....lol
