My WINDOWS XP was working just fine, until I shut it down and unpluged it in order to move it. When I plugged it back in and tried to boot up, it just keeps going into a loop, and gives a message "LOOKING FOR FILE" or something like that....Every thing I have read so far tells me I need a BOOT UP CD. Anyone out there in the inteligent world have any ideas of what I should do......Thanks
