Internet is slow. Something is hogging my bandwidth. Don't know what it is slowing my internet down...

Hi,

This past month I have been having problems with my internet connection. I can't watch Youtube videos anymore or download updates. The internet is uncharacteristically slow. My other computers in the house don't have this problem with their internet. Download speeds appear to be normal on these other machines.

I just want to know if someone can tell me if I have malware or some faulty program hogging my bandwidth.

Is there a program that will tell me what programs are running in the background and which are using up all the bandwidth? Should I post a hijack this log? What should I do?
