BleepingComputer.com: Sony Vaio PCV-RX800 Windows XP SP3

Just did a fresh System Recovery. Downloaded all the Windows Updates, Service Packs, and my AntiVirus, AntiMalware and antiSpyware programs, etc. Computer's running a little sluggish. Already Removed a couple programs.
