If you receive a email message that contains several attachments, you do not have to open and save each attachment seperately. Instead follow these steps:
  • Either open the email or click once on an email to hightlight it.
  • Click on the File menu and then select the Save Attachments menu item
  • When the listing of attachments opens, select the All Attachements... option.
  • Then select the folder where you want to save the files and click on the OK button.
Note: When you use this method you can not specify different directories for the attachments. All of the attachments must be saved to the same directory.
