No Internet After Reformat

My topic is exactly what this guy was asking about only with a different laptop.

I'm using a Toshiba Satelite A60 but I don't know where to find the necessary driver(s) to allow me to connect to the Internet.
I need a link to the specific download. Don't just send me to a website to look for it. I've already installed several and nothing.

Anyone care to help?
