Yes although it can a little tricky to copy the material, their forum is helpful. You can force install drivers and taht usually helps. Also use the Xplorer2 (I think, it works better than the My Computer)

How come Recovery console isn't detecting my USB/CD?

The recovery console contains no provisions for accessing external media whatsoever.

Gave up on using ubuntu. I got Recovery Console's COPY function to COPY to removable media. Is it possible to copy directories or start "XCopy.exe" from System32?
