Help
-Both firefox and google chrome both crash when I open them.
-Malwarebytes crashes and gives me a dll error or something
firstcrash: ntdll
second crash: mambcore or something
-computer reboots by it's self. I don't have any time to try and fix it. (in safe mode as well)
any advice? :/

I cannot log in when in safe mode.
It never reaches the login, just stays at the black screen with "safe mode" at each corner. I can see the mouse, but I can't open task manager or anything

Booted in last known good config:
stop c0000218 {registry file failure}
\systemroot\system32\config\software
or it's log or alternate
it is corrupt, absent, or not writeable

Booted in last known config again, and it said it successfully restored the corrupted registry.
But, the computer stays at "windows is startig up"...

I downloaded "rc.iso" from te stickied thread. How do I install the recoveryconsole when my computer cannot even boot up?

If chkdsk is reporting that the drive contains unrecoverable problems and you can still log in to Windows, then you need to backup all of your critical data immediately. Like right now. Copy your data to CDs, flash drives, floppy disks, whatever but do it now. It is likely that the hard drive is nearing catastrophic failure in which event your data would be lost forever or extremely expensive to recover.

-My computer will not boot at all. It gets stuck at "Windows is starting up". I can only access the recovery console. Is it possible to use COPY in the recovery console to back up the data I need?

No, the Recovery Console is limited to accessing files within the Windows directory (and a few other individual files as well.) You could, however, try using a Linux LiveCD to boot the computer and try to copy the files that way. It's not as hard or complex as it sounds! Here's a good How-To on doing it.
