Fake anti-virus program Scareware?

My computer has recently been affected by a virus that is disguised as an antivirus program called security shield. It's telling me I have 33 virus and I should sign up for security shield to help clean them out. I currently have Kaspersky antivirus. What do o need to do to get rid of this pesky virus?
