flash sound recorded commercials spywares

I am fixing this commercial sound annoying problem. I went to the Task Manager and disabled it by pressing "End Process". It temporary closed. My question is how to uninstall this annoying commercials sound. I am fixing a Microsoft Vista. Help. Thanks.
