Host Services stopped working message/ redirect to Jump

whenever i am online gaming or whatever i am getting Host Srvices stopped working message and in addition to that, whenever i try to use Google search on a topic i get shunted off to a page called Jump

it's kind of long. i would have to have to wait for it to appear but as i said before,the basic message is " Host Services has stopped working and further down it has a little option section that asks if this was on any use in solving my problem. i don't know if it's tied into it but i think i may have a malware infection because when i try to run Rkill, as i have done before, my screen freezes.

With the information you have provided I believe you will need help from the malware removal team. I would like you to start a new thread and post a DDS log HERE and include a link to this thread. Please make sure that you read the information about getting started before you start your thread.

It would be helpful if you post a note here once you have completed the steps in the guide and have started your topic in malware removal. Good luck and be patient. Help is on the way!
