Reason for edit: Split from different topic ~ Hamluis.

I would uninstall whatever relates to Philips Semiconductors 3xHybrid.

My guess is that these are video drivers for a capture device...but that's just a guess.

I would uninstall the drivers, using Device Manager...then reinstall same.
