virus hidden in ProgramData?

Hi everyone,

My PC has been running a slowly precently. Carried out a full scan using Windows security essentials which came back with a clean bill of health. However if i run msconfig theres an odd looking item in the start up list which has no manafacturer(see below).

c:ProgramData\28492934\28492934.exe

Could this be malware or is it perfectly legit?
