Hello,

I am just getting into the development of Android Applications using the Eclipse IDE. I was just curious to see if any of you have made any cool apps, and if there are any better IDEs to develop in.

You may want to try Basic4android. It is an IDE 100% focused on Android programming and it includes a GUI designer:

Eclipse is a good starting place.

I looked at Basic4android and it can be off-putting, especially because its not free.

I use Jcreator.

Simple but effective :)

Hope i helped,

Or even Eclipse actually.

Heard great stuff about that.

A friend of mine is actually planning to create an app through using that!!
