My Documents Folder Deleted contents by mistake

I am so embarassed that I can be this stupid.I accidentaly deleted the contents of my documents folder.I tried a system restore,last good config.and sfc /scannow and can't get it back.Please don't ask how I did it,I am ashamed of myself,Tony.
