Help
I have an old employee Acer Laptop Travelmate that the fingerprint reader is set and the former employee moved to Colorado....Ideas please?

While I am sure this is a legitimate request, it is against Bleepingcomputer policy to assist anyone in bypassing current security features on any computer, because those with less then honest intentions may read how to do this and use such methods for ill gotten gains. As such, the best I can do is recomend you find a local computer repair shop in town and see what they can do. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I'd suggest referring to the appropriate system manuals for that type of info.
