Intro Hello

Hi All

I live in NC, been here 3 years, spent 18 in Florida and 26 in Scotland.

Not a tech head so need more help than I can give, usually get all I need form Bleeping Computers but
ran the solution provided and didn't fix the issue, did first time round last year but not this time.
Hoping somebody can help.

Guess I will post the issue in the appropriate forum, although I'm new to forums so not familar with
protocols or software.
