My computer is running very slowing - particularly when saving video files in mp4 format. Are any of these conflicts a likely problem?

What makes you think...that those reflect conflicts?

Windows normally shares resources...conflicts are indicated as such.

Why is your first drive partitioned in such a way?

Also your second drive is running very low on drive space, and that can be causing issues. I would recommend freeing up some space, and consider reinstalling Windows without any custom partitioning.

I have read quite a bit about installing Windows on its own partition so that data is not lost when reinstalling Windows. The third partition may be unnecessary but my goal was not needing to reinstall all my programs in the event I needed to reinstall Windows. I now know that many programs do not give you the option to install in a drive different from the C: drive. Next time I would only do two partitions - one for Windows and other programs and one for data. The second drive has photos, music, and video. I'm doing a large video project as a favor and it has about filled up my drives. I guess I should save the parts off to DVDs until needed to free up space on both drives.

With windows nd its registry even if you lost your Windows Drive you would still have to reinstall all your programs to get them to repopulate the registry, so instead of partitioning your Windows drive leave it as one big partition and install Windows and your applications to it. Partitioning your window drive is a good way to lose data and critical information.
