hello my name is paul_poore2000 I have a problem i hope someone can help me with I have dell laptop

I hope i'm posting in the right place,
I have dell m70 laptop and i have a problem with
Security essentials 2011
it has taken over my pc
I can't even get in safe mode
Security essentials 2011 pops up
what can i do is there free virus or malware remover I can use
how can i run it when i cant get into that pc
i wanted to load malwarebites on flash drive but its to big my flash drive
what can i do?
I'm a pc beginner please keep it simple.
