printing an envelope

I have Windows XP on my computer. Can anyone tell me how to set the size of an envelope to be printed on my printer so that I can save that size and use that size every time I want to print an envelope? Thank you very much. Murrar

What word processing program are you using and what is the make model of your printer?

I have Microsoft Works word processor and I have an HP printer Photosmart Model C4680. Murrar

Open works word processor.

Click on file.
Click Page Setup

Select the Source, Size Orientation tab.

Select the drop-down box next to size and select the envelope you want to use.

Choose Landscape or portrait.

Click OK

Click file again.
Click save as

Select the "Template" button choose a name and save.
