Recent anti-virus scans have brought up some of these files, but the anti-virus software doesn't give any option to delete or heal them. Are they potentially harmful and is the best thing to delete these files?

My AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition has found quite a lot of those. I just went to the folder and deleted them, and my computer has been running just fine. I suppose you should delete them, simply so they aren't clogging up disk space. :)

Hi -
If you still wish to use AVG as your antivirus , the best method (since the problems it had) was to un/re install the program - :)
As you do not state your A/V program , AVG has been the suspect in these cases - If it is not AVG can you please list your A/Virus -

Thank You -
