Hello all,

I am infected with a virus or trojan that has just completely made my computer useless. I am getting a BSOD within just a few minutes of going into Windows and after several restarts I finally open up Firefox to see that a proxy has been set up and I can't go onto any websites. So far I've downloaded a WinSock fix to help me get on the internet and I have tried to follow the Forum Guidelines to post in the Virus, Trojan, etc. Section but I am unable to get past running DDS.exe without my computer giving me a BSOD. Can I do all the steps in Safe Mode? I'm at a loss to figure this out, any help is appreciated.
