When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

Hello. I'm having problems that appear to be virus/malware related, but can't find a problem with virus scans.

After opening an e-mail from someone (didn't open any attachments) my browser has been redirecting to random sites. I've tried both Firefox and IE, both have the problem. While running the log capture file GMER my system blue screened.

My OS is Windows Vista
Antivirus is McAfee Anitvirus Plus - McAffe didn't pick up any problems
Ran stinger from Norton, didn't find anything.

I ran the dds and gmer files, can post those if wanted.

Any help is appreciated
