To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

Hi,

few days back i just got a anitivrus update saying antivirus 8 & showing a fake screen .....virus detected run scan...i hit ok & anitvirus 8 was intalled & after that i m nt able to use internet.every time i try to ...it says ..ATTENTION!YOUR WEB PAGE REQUEST HAS BEEN CANCELLED.its nt letting me open any site.even malwarebytes antimalware & my mcafee antivrus are nt able to remove..also i dont carry much technical knowledge abt computers so i would appreciate if you can help me layman language.....
