BleepingComputer.com: AiO Device Object Server Error

I see this topic listed in Malware and referred over to hardware. I have not tool bar, no access to start button, no access to IE and cannot access aol browser. I can only access firefox but cannot run windows update. I have 3 errors that pop up on restart. One is the Network Connection folder is unable to retrieve a list of Network adaptors, and the HP Aio Device Object Server, hRes=0x800706BA, ReisterClassObjects failed, RPC Server Unavailable. Which I read the Aio is dependented on Network Connections. And one more, transferagent.exe Application Error 0xc0000135.

When I go to services and click properties, nothing. Please help, I have been at it for 3 days now and cannot figure this out. One more thing, my avast was disabled, I cannot run adaware because it needs visual c + + patch that I cannot get because I can only access firefox and IE is required. I cannot run malwarebytes either. I was able to run Spybot and that is it.
