Hoping to get some help here. Thanks in advance.

About 2 days ago, I had to use internet explorer, clicked on a link I've been to before and from what I can only guess, a virus was downloaded to my computer through an advertisement. ESET Internet Security, not fully updated at the time seemed to catch it with it's real-time scanner and said it was quarantined but apparently it had slipped through the cracks.

I've since downloaded and run MBAM and a full computer scan with an updated ESET Internet Security. After MBAM, I received more redirects and even a popup with more viruses downloaded which ESET's real-time scanner again caught, but more pop-ups and redirects occurred afterward. I then made sure ESET was updated and ran it earlier today, it found a few infections and cleaned them. No popups or redirects since this morning but I don't know if my PC is completely clean.

Also, after running the ESET scan and restarting, I now get an error when windows boots up:

Could not load or run 'C:\...\AppData\Local\Temp\csrss.exe' specified in the registry. Make sure the file exists on your computer or remove the reference to it in the registry.

What should I do from here?

I normally use Firefox
Running Vista Business 32bit SP1
