Well, I arrived home the other day only to learn that my laptop had been used and heavily infected with some really nasty virus. A pop-up was on my computer, something regarding "AntiMalware Doctor". It looked phony so I opened the Task Manager and ended the pop-up. Well, it didn't seem to help because I woke up this morning and saw that it was acting really slow and found out that there were 700+ processes running on the computer.
Mostly things called Hexdump.exe.
Now, I'm really bad with computers, but I was able to start the laptop on Safe Mode and decided to come straight here for help. Please, this is the only computer I have at home. I'm in desperate need of assistance.
