along with STOP: 0X000000ED (0x865DE900, 0xC0000006, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)
To complicate matters, I suspect the recovery program is on the hard drive and have no additional boot disc. I've tried booting in safe mode, and last good configuration, and normal. I've tried using a boot disc from one of my other pc's but they are mfg by micro electronics and don't work with hp. Any possible solutions?
